The Design Council had an Excellent month in March selling $2,735,678 with over 50% TLA

We went out on 265 housecalls and closed 248 of them…here’s how our top five designers did it!

Sonja Shaw from Mesa was our number one designers selling a beautiful $220K with 60% TLA!!  Mesa had a strong design focus selling 47% of their business in housecalls…Sonja had 10K in lamp sales and fabulous casegood numbers.

Noele Ranta from Mesa came in second with a strong $202K with again 60% TLA!  Noele went out on 20 housecalls and closed 21 of them.  Dining Rooms were definitely her strong category with over 53K in dining room sales!

Betsy Burgan from Chandler came in third and had an excellent month selling $198K with 58% TLA!  Chandler as well had a great design focus with 47% of their business in design dollars.  Betsy was number one in wall units with 7500 and 24K in dining rooms

Channan Warrell new to the Scottsdale store was number four in the design council selling 117K with 61% TLA!  These designers gave beautifully finished spaces!  Scottsdale sold 52% of their store business in housecall dollars…great job Channan and team Scottsdale!

Lori Brent also from Scottsdale came in fifth selling 175K with 57% TLA.  Great numbers…Lori.  Lori had excellent casegood numbers selling 35K in dining room and 23K in table sales.  Lori also sold a whopping 17K in area rugs!
