Happy Tuesday, Southwestern Region,

This is a substantially better Tuesday than most, as we get to celebrate many things today.

We not only blew past another 10-million-dollar period but after a recount, we surpassed our highest Operational Bonus level by .3% (so 110.3%).  That’s $20k in deliveries over the $7,266,600 target.  That’s another great example of our company digging deep to save every delivery and get every delivery point/seat filled.    Congratulations Southwestern Region!!!

Today is another significant date, and that it has been one year today that we adopted the market of Reno and Salt Lake City.   What a year it has been with such growth for our whole company.  The two words that come to mind for me over the past year are gratitude and thankfulness.

I am so grateful and impressed for all the help and collaboration it taken for these markets to come together.  Teammates have sacrificed on all sides to gain alignment, and with humility, we have gained more knowledge through best practice sharing.  Frankly, I do not think I could have endorsed a 10-6 store hours time window without first seeing how production Reno has been with these store hours.  So many more examples of collaboration.

My thankfulness comes from the number of personal sacrifices so many have made to achieve the essential part of the transition, and that’s Cultural Alignment.  Nothing can replace the alignment of a positive cultural heading towards one common goal, which is to be the greatest at what we do.

This is The Greatest Retail Team Ever, and it is because of our people.
