Kathy was nominated by Brien Smith for the following exceptional internal CKS – “Kathy is always finding herself keeping busy, whether it be her sales orders follow up or dusting tables. This is not one particular time either. Kathy is always a person to help out. I’ve seen her dust, clean dishes/breakroom, fill up the fridge with bottled waters, and always asking if she can help out. Kathy is a salesperson at our store but she is also a great asset. Sometimes people are too busy to keep up on some of their stuff , but you can count on Murf to ask if you need any help. I don’t want this behavior to go unnoticed or taken for granted. One moonlight madness event an employee of LZB (EBCO at the time) who is higher in the ranks was at our store… I was a warehouse employee back then… This employee started cleaning the front door windows b/c they needed to be touched up a bit,esp for a big event. I was VERY busy at the time but I apologized and said I’d get to the windows right away. The higher ranked employee simply said that it should be our culture to help out when needed…Murf is the perfect example of someone who REGULARLY practices that culture and I am very appreciative of it. Thanks Murf , we could a learn a little from ya in that retrospect!”
