Top Ten Report!

What an unbelievably competitive month of May we had folks!! I am delighted to deliver the rankings of lZBFGAZ’s Top ten sales people for the month of May!

Let’s take a look:

  1. For the first place position we had a TIE! We have Mr. Shane Fleishour from the Scottsdale store! Shane has seen this position in the past, but the special thing about this particular summer month is he has hit an all time best record volume month, and of course the 35, 35, 35 fell along with it. Shane finished the month with $132,172! Check this, his Avg. ticket was $8,261… His in homes where 85% of his volume, that’s $112k. his DPC was off the hook @ $3,304, Shane did this bizz with 40 total clients. Outstanding in-home development and commitment!
  2. For our other First place winner, who also shares the same home store, Nathalie Moreau! This was a very close tie folks. Nathalie wrote $132,577… It all breaks down to the In-homes; Nathalie did 84% of her business in the program… WOW… That’s $111,815 which leads me to her Avg ticket of $7,799! She did very well off the door, and ended with a DPC of $2,600! She did all this bizz with 51 total clients! Great work Nathalie! Scottsdale is lucky to have you!
  3. For second place out of Greatyear, Holly Winger! Holly has mastered the craft and is a top ten runner! Holly finished up May with $126,791, that’s 206% of her goal… Holly had a productive month along with the great volume. Her Avg ticket was excellent for a whopping $6,340… In-homes were great for 73% totaling for $92,921! Holly did her bizz with 61 total clients! Great job Holly and enjoy Hawaii this summer!
  4. We have another tie for 3rd place… Firstly, from our Tucson Ina road store Paul Litchfield!! Paul had a great in-home month along with the volume. He finished @ $103,762, 70% of that business was with the design team for $72,634. Small details come into our tie let’s take a look; Paul had an Avg ticket of $3,843! His close was 31% and his DPC was $1,207. It’s a close tie, great month Paul, keep it up!
  5. For our next 3rd place winner from the Power road store, she’s nobody new in this group, Bonnie Perkins! Bonnie had a great May which was very balanced and consistent! She finished with $103,185! She was a winner of the 35, 35, 35… congrats! Let’s take a look, her in-homes where right where they need to be in regards to balance @ 64% to sales that’s $64,731! She had a great Avg. ticket of $4,127. Bonnie closed at 38.5% which she had a DPC of $1,587! Way to keep it consistent Bonnie. Enjoy Hawaii this summer!!
  6. For our 4th place winner also from the Scottsdale store, Nina Minsel (neeners)! She had a great month ending in $90,636! Nina also gets to take home the cash for the 35, 35, 35…Nice; Nina’s month was well executed and very balanced. Her in-homes were great for 62% to sales equaling $56,850! Hitting all qualifiers and target states is a great accomplishment, her Avg. ticket was $4,120, close was high at 44%, and DPC was $1,813! Great month Neener! (*note all three sales people from Scottsdale did this business seeing between 40-51 total clients).
  7. For our fifth place writer, coming out of our Tucson Broadway road store…. Janelle Wall! Janelle is mastering her craft and has been amongst the group more and more. Her May ended with her writing $91,845 for diamond! Her month was executed nicely with the designers she did 64%of her sales for volume of $59,287. That number floated her Avg. ticket to be $4,592! Her close was a little lower at 27%, but she had a $1,241 DPC! Very nice month and year Janelle keep doing what you’re doing!
  8. Sixth place goes to a sales person who has not been with us, but for 8 months. 5 of those months have been diamond months, 2 gold. From Mt. Bell, Cristi Wells! She ended May with a personal best volume record of $130,262… Cristi Avg. ticket was just a little shy of our taget state for $3,428! Her close was off the chain sealing deals at 51%… her in homes were enough for diamond again @ $48,320 that’s 37% to sales. Great month Cristi and first year!
  9. Seventh place goes to a Leighton Tahy from our Tucson Ina road store! Leighton ended his month writing $90,479. His in-home business was outstanding, 66.6% to be precise…That is $60,294 in total volume. His Avg ticket was up at $4,524. He just missed the target state for the 35’s deal by close rate at 24%, his DPC was $1,090. Fantastic month man, nice work on the in- homes!
  10. Last but not least for the top ten we have another sales associate who comes out of our Bell road store… He was in the same training class as Cristi… Mathew Sloan! The two of them have a friendly competition going on and they are close it sounds like it! Mathew wrote $99,418 for his month of May. He is also a winner of the 35, 35, 35 deal! Congrats! Let’s break it down, he had a Avg. ticket of $3,977, his IH business was 69% of his sales totaling up at $68,879. He closed at 43% and his DPC was $1,714! Nice work on the month, first year, and the 35’s deal!
