This Top 10 Post is definitely bittersweet! Yet, the performances below, were simply amazing! In these unprecedented times, I know how grateful that I am for this entire team, including the way we all came together to continue to serve each other, and our clients! We stayed the course, and really did provide unanticipated levels of service, like we always do! We served our clients until we were told that we couldn’t serve them any more (for now)…

One thing I am certain of is, we will come out of this better on the other side, whenever that may be…We really are the Greatest Retail Show on Earth, in my opinion…And, it’s because of our Culture, that each and every person in our company has helped create…

With that, here is our Top 10 for March of 2020:

#1-Amy Flosi-Amy wrote a Personal Best $170,316! WOW! Talk about taking care of business! Her Average ticket was $13k!! Boom! Her DPC was $3,785! These are just Amazing numbers! Get this, she wrote $113k in TLA and In home business! One of the more remarkable months in a long time! That In-home business made up 66% of her MTD Sales too! Just an amazing month Amy! Thank you and Congrats!

#2-Christian Lane-Christian wrote $112k in Sales! His Average ticket was $8,652! Boooom! First time Top 10 for Christian, as he continues to get better each month! He also had a DPC was $2,499 too! And, his in homes made up 86% of his MTD Slaes! What a great month! Thank you and Congrats!

#3-Laura Schiffmacher-Laura continues her run of Top 10 performances…She wrote nearly $100k! And, her Average ticket $7,507! Her Close Rate 41%! Unbelievable…And, it does not stop there! Her DPC was $3,148! Plus, her In homes made up 86% of her MTD Sales! Just another incredible month! Laura was also in the 35/35/35 Club! Thank you and Congrats!

#4-Joseph Kretschman-Joseph has really been on a roll in 2020 too! March was no different! He also wrote nearly $100k for the month, with an Average ticket of $6,503! Great work! His DPC was $1,711 too! And, his In homes as a percent of sales was 66%! Just another great month for March! Thank you and Congrats!

#5-Evelyn Steffen-Skinner-Eve was awesome in March too! She wrote $88k for the month! Her Average ticket was $3,805, with a Close Rate of Over 35%! Super work Eve! And, her in homes as a percent of Sales was over 54%! Just a super month! Oh, and the 35/35/35 Club! Thank you and Congrats!

#6-Kelly Waters-Kelly definitely took care of business in March! Kelly had an Average ticket of $6,470, which is AWESOME! Her DPC was $1,878! And, she really took care of our designers, writing 86% of her MTD Sales with them! Such great work Kelly! Thank you and Congrats!

#7-Camille Kaiser-Cami had another stellar month at Chandler! She wrote $82k in Sales! She had a $3,575 Average ticket too! Super work! Her Close Rate was 37%, and her in homes as a percent of Sales was 65%! Just amazing results! This also got Cami in the 35/35/35 Club! Thank you and Congrats!

#8-Ana Tovar-Ana was super for the month of March as well! This is Ana’s first time in the Top 10 too! Congrats on that great feat! Her Average ticket was $5,308, with a $1,327 DPC! WOW! And, she wrote over 81% of her business with our designers! Super work Ana! Thank you and Congrats!

#9-Randy Mason-Randy was awesome too, for the month! Awesome work Randy! His Average ticket was $3,747, with nearly a 35% Close rate! And, a DPC of $1,143! He also wrote nearly 75% of his MTD business with our Designers! Great month John! Thank you and Congrats!

#10-Cherrie Wells-Cristi wraps up our Top 10! And, she did it style, with some amazing numbers! Her Average ticket was $5,388! Her DPC was $1,796! Just incredible results! Cristi didn’t stop there, as she wrote over 67% of her MTD business with our designers! Super month! Thank you and Congrats!

Well, there you go…Our Top 10 for March…And, when you look into these results, you’d never know we spent the majority of the month navigating through a time we have never encountered…Once again, amazing work, taking care of the clients that were coming into our stores! Such amazing work!

How about a little more recognition? Ok…I know that is a yes…So, here you go…

#11-Janet Parker-This is VERY exciting…Janet is the first of our New Family out of state to reach our rankings! She wrote $56k, with 80% in Design! Just a super month from Draper! Thank you and Congrats!

***We had a tie at #12, between Carolyn Porter and Sean Robinson***

#12-Carolyn Porter-Teamed with Caroline Dempsey at Broadway, CJ took care of business too! She made the 35/35/35 Club, which is always awesome! Thank you CJ! And, Congrats!

#12-Sean Robinson-Sean had nearly a 37% Close rate, as well as over 60% of his business with our designers! Great work! Thank you and congrats!

#14-Monica Guardado-Monica was awesome again too! She also made the 35/35/35 Club, with a $1,530 DPC! Super work! Thank you and Congrats!

#15-Caroline Dempsey-Caroline was super to wrap up our rankings! She wrote $73k, teamed with CJ above! And, over 70% of In homes as a percent of sales! Thank you and Congrats!

Just a few other quick notes for the rankings from out of the state…

Reno was only open for 10 Days in March! Eric Bray wrote 57k in that short time! And, Shawn wrote $52k, with 34k in Design! Super impressive work up in Reno! I believe we wrote over $20k while closed too! Great job Reno!

At Riverdale, Ted Temple, led the way! He wrote a $31k In home and ended up at Diamond! And, I know in talking with Adriann, the entire team kept a great attitude, and provided excellent service throughout the month! Thank you!

And, at Draper, we already highlighted Janet above! So cool to see that! Congrats again! Jordan Young wrote $47k and Jim “Dr J” Liebelt wrote $43k! Super work all the way around! Thank you team Draper!

Ok, now that is a wrap…Definitely a lot to be thankful for…And, we will continue to be thankful when we come out on the other side of this pandemic! I know how much we care about each other, our clients, and our community…For that, I am thankful!

Super work to everyone in the rankings for March! But, really, it takes a team! And, this entire team needs to be recognized for the All Stars we all are! THANK YOU AGAIN!
