In short, Rich had a client that needed a Oscar 1HR recliner. Rich had done a follow up call with his client about this particular chair. The client was excited about the follow up call, as well as the chair. So much so, that he informed Rich that he would get it, if he could get the chair by Noon today…
Rich then emailed customerpickup and within 10 minutes, Edgar Medina responded giving us the good news: That the chair WOULD be ready for his client in time. The timely response was AWESOME…And, Rich was able to complete the sale!
When we talk about Improving lives, when we are working together Internally, as well as Externally, we can accomplish Great things. While there are stories like this daily, I know Rich was really touched by how quickly his email was answered, as well as the end result. And, his client was ecstatic.
